Marizeth Francisco is an associate at FBL Advogados, having focused her practice particularly in the areas of corporate and commercial law, as well as employment law.

She has particular intervention in matters relating to the incorporation of commercial corporations, branches and representative offices; mergers, splits, dissolutions and all other changes that commercial corporations may undergo.

She also has experience in advising on employment law issues, with particular relevance in the conduct of termination of employment contracts (collective dismissals and termination of employment), as well as in the drafting of memoranda on a wide variety of employment matters.
