Cecília Mungongo

Cecília Mungongo is an associate at FBL Advogados, having focused her practice particularly in the areas of civil litigation, criminal litigation and employment law.
She has particular intervention in criminal cases, within the scope of crimes against individuals, property and assets in general. She also develops her activity within the scope of economic-financial criminality, corruption and money laundering, in various sectors of activity and industries.
Her employment law practice has been particularly active in recruitment, labour dispute procedures, accidents at work and occupational illnesses, as well as in monitoring disciplinary procedures of a counter-organizational nature and judicial litigation.
She also has extensive experience in civil litigation, with a special focus on family and child law, in matters relating to divorce, regulation of parental authority, debt collection and civil liability.

Advising various multinational companies on matters related to labour law, debt recovery, contracts and criminal offences;

Advising a multinational company in the oil industry on the collective labour agreement process;
