Victor Ceita, Partner at FBL Advogados, was a speaker at the 1st International Conference on “Business Recovery and Insolvency”, on 3 July, in Luanda.

Victor Ceita moderated the panel “Legal Framework for Insolvency in Angola: Challenges and Opportunities”.

 

Organised by asset management firm Recredit, the event encouraged technical and institutional dialogue between Angola, Portugal and Brazil, promoting the exchange of experiences in implementing insolvency frameworks.

The conference brought together judges, lawyers, academics, insolvency practitioners and representatives of the financial sector in a joint effort to reflect on the challenges and developments in corporate recovery.
