Victor Ceita, Partner at FBL Advogados, is taking part as a speaker at the 1st International Conference on “Business Recovery and Insolvency”, being held today, 3 July, in Luanda.

Victor Ceita will be moderating the panel “Legal Framework for Insolvency in Angola: Challenges and Opportunities”, starting at 2:30 p.m.

 

Organised by asset management firm Recredit, the event encourages technical and institutional dialogue between Angola, Portugal and Brazil, promoting the exchange of experiences in implementing insolvency frameworks.

The conference brings together judges, lawyers, academics, insolvency practitioners and representatives of the financial sector in a joint effort to reflect on the challenges and developments in corporate recovery.
