Eugénio Vinevala
Associate
Eugénio Vinevala is an associate at FBL Advogados, having his professional activity focused particularly in the areas of labour law and civil and criminal litigation, as well as corporate, commercial and private investment law.
He has particular intervention in employment law issues, with special relevance in cases of termination of employment contracts (collective dismissals and termination of employment). He also has experience in all types of labour litigation and misdemeanour litigation, with an impact on labour relations.
He also has experience in advising domestic and foreign clients in civil and commercial disputes relating to contractual breaches, civil liability and credit recovery.
His corporate law practice is particularly active in advising on transactions in the financial, health and real estate investment sectors.
