Mara de Sá has been a partner at FBL Advogados since 2025, working primarily in the areas of Administrative and Tax Law, as well as Real Estate Law, and Civil Law.

She has extensive experience in assisting clients from various sectors and jurisdictions, advising national and international companies as well as individual clients. She also works in the real estate sector, assisting companies and clients in the regularisation of various types of property, including the creation of condominiums and regularisation of horizontal property regimes.

​

 

Her practice also extends to the banking, tax and customs sectors, accompanying extrajudicial and judicial proceedings in these areas. She has experience in civil and employment litigation, including the drafting of various legal documents. She also participates in employment, civil, maritime and debt collection proceedings, including hearings.

​

 

In the field of commercial, civil and administrative law, she drafts commercial, civil and administrative contracts, including private investment contracts, purchase and sale, promises, assignment of contractual position, civil and commercial leases, constitution of surface rights, horizontal property, registrations and condominiums, as well as supply and holding account contracts.

Mara de Sá is a member of the Angolan Bar Association.
