Miguel Cassopa is an associate at FBL Advogados, having his professional activity focused particularly in the areas of civil and administrative litigation, as well as in debt collection, with a focus on credit recovery.
He has particular intervention in the resolution of disputes, advising various national and international clients, both in the extrajudicial and judicial phases, as well as representing clients in the various instances.
He also has experience in monitoring legal proceedings in all their procedural stages, frequently participating in court proceedings, namely, preparatory hearings, questioning and discussion and trial hearings.
His practice has been developed essentially in the banking, industrial, engineering and construction sectors.
