Neuza Melão Dias is a partner at FBL Advogados, having her work focused particularly on Financial and Employment Law.
Her activity is centred on providing consultancy services to companies in the public and private sectors, as well as to public institutions, with particular emphasis on Financial Law.
She has vast experience in advising financial entities and investors in the setting up of structures involving derivative financial instruments.
Her practice in employment law has been developed in advising on lay offs and termination of employment contracts, namely by agreement, by individual or collective dismissal.
She was a trainee teacher of Commercial Law at the School of Law of Universidade Lusíada in Angola (2005/2006).
