Priscila Blanchard is an associate at FBL Advogados, having her practice focused particularly in the areas of corporate and commercial law, as well as labour law, criminal law and finance law.
In the area of corporate law, she is particularly involved in matters relating to private investment processes in Angola. In advising companies, she focuses particularly on the incorporation of companies and the entry of assets into Angolan territory.
She also has experience in the banking sector, particularly in advising financial entities on matters relating to contracts with service providers, as well as other issues concerning this sector.
She is particularly involved in labour law, particularly in the handling of disciplinary proceedings and employment contracts.
Throughout her career, she has also had the opportunity to work in criminal law, with a particular focus on the health sector.
