Rosineide Romão
Associate
Rosineide Romão is an associate at FBL Advogados, having her professional activity focused particularly in the areas of corporate and commercial law and labour law, as well as civil litigation.
She has particular intervention in the area of commercial law, covering matters that include corporate law, contractual law, mergers and acquisitions. Within the scope of the various operations and projects in which she is involved, she ensures the drafting of contracts of any nature, memoranda and due diligence.
She also provides advice on employment law issues, with particular relevance in cases of termination of employment contracts (collective dismissals and termination of employment). She also has experience in monitoring disciplinary proceedings of a counter-organizational nature and in judicial litigation.
